RETURN POLICY
Can I return the purchased product?
Yes, you can return any of our products that you have purchased for a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of the requested product. To proceed with the return of a product it is essential that it is in perfect condition and with its corresponding original packaging, with all its accessories and without having been used. The amount will be transferred in the form of a COUPON for the value of the amount paid and may be used within a period not exceeding 2 years.
Do you offer free shipping on returns?
No, we do not currently offer free shipping on returns.
How long does it take to process a return or exchange?
We will try to process the return or exchange you have requested as quickly as possible and you will receive a confirmation email when the change has been made.
Can I request a refund?
Yes, if it is a refund, you will receive the full amount (except shipping costs), through the same payment system that you used.
How do I make an exchange or return?
Send us an email to enforma@enformasocks.com with your name, email, order number and the items you want to return. We would also love to hear your opinion to improve our socks!
OBSERVATIONS
1. You must check the status of the package at the time it is received and indicate any anomaly on the delivery note.
2. The client must go to enforma@enformasocks.com to obtain their Return Number and inform us of the items to be returned.
3. Products must be returned intact, unworn, with all their original labels and packaging. Any used, unsealed or damaged item will not be accepted.
4. The products of the same order must be returned in the same shipment, returns of the same order will not be accepted separately. Your return must meet all of these conditions to be accepted.
In the event that your return does not meet these conditions and is not accepted, CALCE & SOCKS S.L. would contact you to offer you the option to return items that have not been accepted. At the time that CALCE & SOCKS S.L. Check that all the conditions are met, we will send you an email informing you of the acceptance of the return.
